Empowering women is at the heart of our associate-led volunteering and philanthropic partnerships. Across KnitWell Group’s brands, we aim to strengthen the communities where we work and live by enabling our associates to give back and make an authentic impact.
Being part of something bigger than yourself
Stores
By supporting a network of nonprofit partners—like Dress for Success, and The Breast Cancer Research Foundation, and Delivering Good—we're helping provide resources they need to promote women's health and empowerment. Our store teams invite clients to take part by donating or rounding up at the cash register when they make a purchase.
Home Offices
Our corporate teams collaborate with local partners on community outreach projects throughout the year. During National Volunteer Month, community initiatives that associates participate in include food drives, beautifying green spaces, packing Delivering Good kits and much more. 16 hours of paid volunteer service time each year for corporate associates makes it easy to give back. Plus, KnitWell Group will match associates’ charitable donations and volunteering up to $750/year — doubling their impact.
Distribution Centers
On a spring day in 2025, more than 250+ KnitWell Group associates gathered at our Etna, OH, and Greencastle distribution facility and packed over 20,000 meals for families in need. This marked the third year the supply chain teams have dedicated their time and effort to support a non-profit fighting food insecurity. From food drives to blood drives with the American Red Cross, our teams rally to support organizations that step up for communities facing hardships.
