About the role
Supports the email marketing team in the execution and reporting of email marketing programs. Drive sales across channels by ensuring email accuracy and timeliness.
The impact you can have
Email setup and launching:
Collaborate with business partners to ensure all email assets are received and coded in a timely manner and with accuracy.
Test coded emails and secure appropriate approvals. Work with teams to implement any necessary changes.
Share creative and launch times to keep appropriate people informed of what emails we’ll send and when we’ll send them.
Launch and check emails to make sure they were sent as planned and are tracking in our web analytics tool.
Coordinate Outlet, Clearance, and special store event mailings.
Provide results to internal team on store email performance and assist with Core email reporting.
Review competitive emails and industry articles to help generate new email program enhancement ideas.
Support Email Marketing team with other special projects as necessary.
You'll bring to the role
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or Business.
0-2 years relevant eCommerce or direct to consumer experience; email experience preferred
Understanding of quantitative metrics and analysis
Experience working with an email service provider
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Team player with an ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
