Human Resources Coordinator - Corporate

About the role
The Human Resources Coordinator promotes organizational effectiveness at the Lane Bryant Home Office by providing timely, reliable and thorough administrative and transactional support for talent programs and HR/culture initiatives.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Assists with day-to-day administrative tasks, key projects, HR initiatives, and ad-hoc requests to support the talent lifecycle. Tasks include, but are not limited to associate file management, data entry, support of Lane Bryant’s annual performance appraisal process, pre/post work for talent and succession planning conversations, execution of associate development programs, and data pulls/updates related to associate compensation. 
  • Responsible for managing the new hire onboarding process, including leading New Hire Orientation sessions.
  • Partners as needed with HR Shared Services, Facilities, and Asset Protection to execute new hire and exit transactions.
  • Conducts 1:1 new hire check-in and exit interview conversations.
  • Maintains reporting and tracking documents for home office associates (Talent Dashboard, associate birthday/anniversary reports, etc).
  • Maintains and updates all Organizational Charts for the LB Home Office.
  • In partnership with the HR Manager, executes programming for Summer Interns.
  • Assists with coordination of Town Hall events and recognition programs.
  • Answers basic associate questions related to payroll, benefits, and general process & procedural requests.
  • All other duties as assigned.

You’ll bring to the role

  • 0-3 years of HR experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel & Power Point
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Self-directed, proactive and resourceful
  • Demonstrated problem solving ability
  • Able to work in a dynamic, fast paced, and ever-changing environment
  • Able to multi-task and balance competing priorities
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Highly curious and dedicated to providing a positive associate experience
