    Application Process

  • On the job posting, click the “Apply” button to start your application. You will be redirected to our application portal to create an account. From there, you can complete the application.
  • In your application, tell us about your background, skills, and work experience. Highlight the qualifications that are most relevant to the position you are applying for.
  • You may check the status of your application by logging into your candidate profile using the same username and password set at the time of your initial application. Use the Returning Applicant links located at the top of our career site to log into your candidate profile.

    Application Review

  • A Recruiter or Hiring Manager will review your application and send you updates as soon as possible. If you are not selected to move forward in the hiring process, you will receive an email.

    Initial Call

  • If your application matches the requirements of the position, a Recruiter or Hiring Manager will schedule a video call or phone conversation to chat about you and your skills. You will learn more about the position and what we are looking for in a great match.

    Interview Process

  • During the interview process, you will meet directly with the hiring manager and possibly other team members. The number of interviews can vary depending on the position.
  • The interview process serves as an opportunity to see if there is a great match for both sides. Our interview process allows you to meet more people across the business and gain deeper insights about us.
  • Interview invitations will provide details about where and how your interview will take place, along with who you will be interviewing with.

Hiring decisions are made once all interviews conclude. You will be notified by our team either way.

If you are the best candidate for the position, a Recruiter or Hiring Manager will provide you with a formal offer. Once you have reviewed and accepted the offer and passed pre-employment screenings and verification – including a background check – your onboarding process will begin.

If you are not selected, we encourage you to stay up to date on our latest openings. You may discover a position that is a better match. Please apply again if there is a position that interests you.

Application Process

  • You can explore open jobs on our career site. Find an opening that matches your skills and interests. Click the “Apply” button on the job posting and we will take you to our application portal to get started.

  • Use the search bar at the top of each page to explore openings. You can search by Keyword, Brand, Location, and Job Type. Open positions will appear in the search results. Additionally, you can refine the search results by filtering by things such as part-time or full-time to find openings that interest you.

  • A seasonal job might be the right opportunity for you if you are looking for a temporary position. Seasonal job opportunities in our stores and distribution centers are typically posted in August and have a specific start and end date during our holiday season.

  • You can sign up for Job Alerts to receive notifications when jobs are posted that match your interests. Navigate to Job Alerts at the bottom of the page. Enter your email and customize your alerts based on the Talent Area, Job Location, and Brand you are interested in. When job opportunities open that match your selections, you will receive an email.

  • It is great to hear you are interested in re-joining our brands. Please apply on our career site and don’t forget to answer “Yes” to the question regarding being a previous associate.

  • Yes, you will receive a confirmation email once you’ve applied.

  • You can check the status of your application in your candidate account. Log in to your account using the Returning Applicant links below based on the position you applied for: Stores Corporate Distribution

  • Our Recruiters and Store Managers review applications for each position and aim to get back to you as soon as possible. The timing for responses can vary depending on the position.

Interview Process

  • To prepare for the interview, we recommend spending some time understanding the position and researching the brand. Be prepared to discuss how your background, skills, and interests align to the position you applied for. During the interview, we will ask about your unique strengths and experiences. You may also be asked to provide clear examples of the work you have done, problems you have solved, and changes you have influenced. Remember, this is also your opportunity to learn more about our teams and culture, so come with any thoughtful questions you may have. We’re excited to learn more about you during the interview process.

  • For positions that work on-site in Stores and Distribution Centers, there will be an in-person interview. For other types of roles, interviews can be on the phone, through video calls, or in-person. We will let you know what type of interview format to expect.

  • We care about keeping you informed. After all interviews conclude, you will be notified by our team either way.

Offers & Onboarding

  • Once you have reviewed and accepted your offer and passed pre-employment screenings and verification – including a background check – your onboarding process will begin. We look forward to helping you through the process.

Retail: Your Store Manager or Field Leader will reach out before your first day to walk you through the details and ensure you’re ready to go. You’ll start building hands-on experience right away, learning through on-the-job training, peer support, and leadership guidance. Corporate & Distribution: A recruiter will provide an overview of your onboarding journey, followed by a welcome email from your Human Resources partner with everything you need to know about what to expect on your first day. No matter where you start, we’ll set the stage for your success together.
