What You'll Do:
- The Visual Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Visual Manager assigned to each monthly catalog.
- Receiving and organizing samples as they arrive each month. Replacing incorrect samples with real samples.
- Making sure all color runs on the floor are filled in.
- Attend Merchant and Creative Reviews to help understand changes being made during the process.
- Pulling swipe for creative ideas and styling ideas. For looks/trends that pertain to each catalog.
- Help create the monthly shot sheets in Salsify.
- Pick up and organize the catalog floor after the Final review is complete and catalog is signed off on by Senior management.
- Attend all style outs helping dress and style the mannequins.
- Attend all style out reviews taking notes for changes made during this meeting.
- Tag, pack and ship all merchandise needed for each monthly catalog Still Life Shoot.
- Help create a carnet list for the catalogs going overseas.
- Print and attach all approved styleout images and hang with each catalog look.
- Update all versions of the shot sheet from initial to final.
- Track all samples once they come back from a photo shoot and pull samples needed for next catalog shoot.
- Work with assistant managers and merch coordinators to track all missing samples by month
