About The Role

This role is on the Brand Marketing team which orchestrates the brand’s annual and seasonal omni-channel marketing strategies and initiatives across every interaction with our clients. This team champions and enhances the LOFT brand positioning across all channels of communication and spearheads innovative client acquisition, retention and reactivation approaches.

The Coordinator of Brand Marketing supports all functions of the Marketing team and is responsible for implementation and execution of brand marketing initiatives. This highly cross-functional position will work closely with internal partners to drive engagement throughout the client lifecycle across all channels

The impact you can have

  • Responsible for executing brand marketing plans in collaboration with the creative, visual merchandising, client experience, public relations, merchants, social, and digital teams.

  • Works closely with Senior Manager and Assistant Manager to execute seasonal marketing strategies designed to drive traffic and engagement including on product marketing, store signage, branded events and experiential marketing experiences

  • Maintain marketing calendar on a daily basis, to ensure key dates and messaging direction is up to date and teams are informed.

  • Provide monthly messaging and product focus direction to cross-functional teams and communicate any changes or updates as needed.

  • Create monthly and ad-hoc briefs that support marketing initiatives across channels

  • Track and analyze campaign performance to measure KPIs, identify learnings and propose improvements.

  • Develop deep consumer knowledge and apply those insights to deliver actionable, insights-driven strategies across various channels

  • Maintain cutting-edge knowledge of the evolving multi-channel marketing space

You’ll bring to the role

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Communications preferred

  • 1-2 years experience + a demonstrated interest in marketing and fashion/retail

  • Team player with proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Ability to work both in a team and independently

  • Strong analytical skills and clear understanding of financial measurements

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

  • Familiar with Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google (Drive, Sheets, Slides)

  • The target salary range for this role is: $24 - $26.45 per hour.
