Premium Brands Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to report to Pataskala, Ohio.
Job Description: Responsible for working on multiple medium-to-large eCommerce projects and contributing to the design, development, and delivery of eCommerce solution related to the Salesforces eCommerce Platform. Required to provide guidance to production support engineers to resolve critical P1/P2 eCommerce incidents. Required to perform the following: Design and write code using Salesforce scripting language (front-end and back-end code) that satisfies the functional and technical requirements for ecommerce implementation projects; Utilize experience and skills in systems analysis, design and a solid understanding of software development, quality assurance and commerce integration methodologies for Salesforce; Work closely with customers, business analysts, and onshore and offshore team members to understand business requirements and drive the analysis and design of quality eCommerce technical solutions to ensure they align with business and IT strategies and comply with the organization’s architectural standards; Provide consultation on complex projects and serve as the top-level contributor/specialist; Actively triage and support production incidents and operations issues as it relates to Salesforce eCommerce solutions; Support (Production Support) existing systems to meet Service Level Agreements and user expectations including user communication, system/job recoveries, system/job performance and documentation; Assist in developing design and coding standards, guidelines, and industry best practices for salesforce eCommerce technologies; Responsible for leading, reviewing and accepting vendor delivered Salesforce solution; Ensure vendor is delivering eCommerce solution based on Premium Brands standards and quality; and Responsible for developing POCs and setting examples on how a complex solution can be developed using Salesforce eCommerce technologies. Position is 100% remote and will report to the Headquarter office in Pataskala, Ohio.
Minimum Requirements: Position requires Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a closely related field, plus five (5) Years of experience working in the job offered or related role in eCommerce. Alternately, the employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a closely related field, plus three (3) Years of experience working in the job offered or related role in eCommerce. The position also requires three (3) Years of experience with the following: eCommerce technologies and solutions; Developing and troubleshooting issues with Salesforce eCommerce SFRA framework; Developing, configuring, and deploying components with Salesforce eCommerce Business manager tool; Using and troubleshooting SFRA cartridges; Designing and developing custom salesforce cartridges and plugins; Using salesforce Hooks, OCAPI, and Jobs; Developing, using, and troubleshooting various salesforce eCommerce components and programming constructs including: Controllers, Routes, extending controllers, models, ISML templates, content slots, page designers, objects, forms, and page caching; Writing software code using front end scripting languages including: Node JS, React, and Server-side scripting; and Working in a Scrum team and understanding of scrum process.
Job Location: This position is a 100% remote position, may telecommute from anywhere in the United States and report to the company's headquarters at 112 Heritage Drive, Pataskala, OH, 43062.
Salary: $138,590.00 to $154,000 per year
