
Medical Coverage
We offer three medical insurance plan options. This coverage includes a telemedicine benefit to speak with a doctor by phone or video from the convenience of your home.
Part-time associates have the option to select minimum essential coverage which covers 100% preventative and wellness services.

Dental Coverage
Associates can choose from two dental plan options that both cover preventive dental care at 100%—meaning at no cost.
Part-time associates can choose from two dental plans to help cover the costs of preventative, diagnostic, basic and major services.

Vision Coverage
Our vision care insurance plan option includes coverage for eye exams, standard lenses and frames, contact lenses, and discounts for laser surgery.
Part-time associates have the option to select a vision plan that covers routine eye exams and other procedures, and provides specified dollar amounts or discounts for the purchase of eyeglasses and contact lenses.

New Parent Leave
We support our associates through all of life’s important moments. Full-time associates who welcome a new child, whether through birth, adoption, or foster care are eligible for 10 days of paid New Parent Leave. This time allows you to bond with your growing family and navigate this exciting transition with support and flexibility.

Employee Assistance Program
Through our benefits partner, associates can access confidential emotional health counseling sessions and referral services at no cost.

Short and Long-Term Disability Coverage
Disability insurance coverage is available to associates to help offer financial protection when you need it most.

Supplemental Health Plans
We offer three voluntary plans that can help with the financial impact resulting from an accident, hospital stay or illness. These plans can help cover medical and day-to-day expenses. These plans are available to both full-time and part-time associates.

Health Savings Account
Contribute pre-tax dollars to a health savings account which can be used for qualifying medical, dental, vision, and other eligible healthcare expenses.

Flexible Saving Account
We offer two healthcare FSAs for associates to save on a pre-tax basis for eligible medical, dental, vision, prescription drug, and some over-the-counter expenses.
