Step-by-Step

- Find a position that matches your skills, qualifications, and interests.
- You can also sign up for Job Alerts to receive notifications when jobs are posted that match the locations and opportunities you are interested in.
- On the job posting, click the “Apply” button to start your application. You will be redirected to our application portal to create an account. From there, you can complete the application.
- In your application, tell us about your background, skills, and work experience. Highlight the qualifications that are most relevant to the position you are applying for.
- You may check the status of your application by logging into your candidate profile using the same username and password set at the time of your initial application. Use the Returning Applicant links located at the top of our career site to log into your candidate profile.
Application Process
- A Recruiter or Hiring Manager will review your application and send you updates as soon as possible. If you are not selected to move forward in the hiring process, you will receive an email.
Application Review
- If your application matches the requirements of the position, a Recruiter/Hiring Manager will schedule a video call or phone conversation to chat about you and your skills. These calls are typically 30 minutes.
- Through a conversation with you, we’re striving to learn even more about your interest in the position. And that’s a little bit of everything: what you’ll bring to the position, how you’ll fit in with the team, where you see yourself professionally now and in the future. We’ll also answer any questions you may have and share more details about the position.
Initial Call
- During the interview process, you will meet directly with the Hiring Manager and possibly other team members. The number of interviews can vary depending on the position.
- Our interview process allows you to meet more people across the business while learning even more about the team and position.
- Interview invitations will include details about where and how your interview will take place, along with the name(s) of the interviewer(s).
Interview Process
- Hiring decisions are made once all interviews conclude. You will be notified by our team, no matter the outcome.
- If you are not selected, we encourage you to stay up to date on our latest openings. You may discover a position that is a better match. .
- If you are selected, a Recruiter/Hiring Manager will provide you with a formal offer. Once you have reviewed and accepted the offer, we will reach out to you with next steps to begin your transition into the next chapter of your career with KnitWell Group.

Our Recruiters and Store/[CB12.1][MB12.2][CB12.3]Hiring Managers review applications for each position and aim to get back to you as soon as possible. The timing for responses can vary depending on the position. Depending on the position, you may receive feedback from the Recruiter/Hiring Manager or HR Business Partner.
Interview Process

To prepare for the interview, we recommend spending some time understanding the position and researching the brand. Be prepared to discuss how your background, skills, and interests align to the position you applied for. During the interview, we will ask about your unique strengths and experiences. You may also be asked to provide clear examples of the work you have done, problems you have solved, and changes you have influenced. Remember, this is also your opportunity to learn more about our teams and culture, so come with any thoughtful questions you may have. We’re excited to learn more about you during the interview process.

For positions that work on-site in Stores and Distribution Centers, there will be an in-person interview. For other types of roles, interviews can be on the phone, through video calls, or in-person. We will let you know what type of interview format to expect.

Offers & Onboarding

Once you have reviewed and accepted the offer and passed pre-employment screenings and verification – which may include a background check – your onboarding process will begin. We look forward to helping you through the process.

Retail: Your Store Manager or Field Leader will reach out before your first day to walk you through the details and ensure you’re ready to go. You’ll start building hands-on experience right away, learning through on-the-job training, peer support, and leadership guidance.
Corporate & Distribution: A recruiter will provide an overview of your onboarding journey, followed by a welcome email from your Human Resources partner with everything you need to know about what to expect on your first day.
