As a Training Store Manager, I guide new Store Managers in building confidence and feeling connected from day one by creating an engaging onboarding experience rooted in Chico's culture. My career at Chico’s FAS has continually evolved through learning, development, and new opportunities, and I value being part of a company that keeps its culture at the center of everything we do.

I was drawn to Chico’s because of the positive experience I had in different stores. That’s what inspired me to apply. I've been a chiquette for more than 25 years. I love my job because of the flexibility and camaraderie. I also love knowing that I’m providing a positive experience for our customers through the quality of our products.
