• Required to be familiar with and perform all functions as assigned in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while maintaining high EP and utilization rates.  Specific tasks are performed in the following outbound functional areas – Active Pick, Goods to Person (GTP)/Dematic Multi-Shuttle (DMS), Tote Buffer, Sorter, Packing and Shipping and inbound functional areas - Replenishment, Receiving and Reserve, and Returns.

• Train associates as needed in all functional areas in group and one-on-one settings to ensure that all work is performed in accordance with the respective Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and labor management standards applicable to the specific job function, including performing duties in a safe manner and using proper lifting and material handling techniques. 

• Train proper methods to ensure high quality standards of employee performance (EP), accuracy, and utilization that achieve customer satisfaction and align with facility KPIs.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude and represent the organization with loyalty and respect at all times.
• Perform ongoing standard work audits (Observations) with new and existing associates to ensure adherence to SOPs, work rules, as well as HR and Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
• Report to work as scheduled and work scheduled overtime as necessary.
• Ensure that all tools and equipment necessary to successfully perform duties is available and in proper working order at the start and throughout all job assignments.

Assist other members of the FC team, in any way possible, as determined by FC management and supervisors

• Strong communication delivery skills, including the ability to communicate information and transfer knowledge in a clear and concise manner to a diverse audience.  Must have excellent oral grasp of English language.
• Demonstrated initiative, self-discipline and patience in teaching.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Demonstrate competency in using various training methods including technology-based processes. 
• Able to work independently and as a member of a team.
