Digital Marketing Internship – Ann Taylor & LOFT

The Ann Taylor and LOFT teams are seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Intern to join our corporate team. This role offers hands-on experience in digital marketing strategies and execution across multiple channels. You will collaborate with our marketing team to support campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.

Internship Qualifications

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills 

• Excellent time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills

• Critical eye for detail and comfort under pressure 

• Experience in Microsoft Excel, Digital Analytics Tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytic) is a plus

• Experience in CRM Marketing platforms is a plus

Program Details

The KnitWell Group Summer Internship Program welcomes the classes of 2026 and 2027 college students to work with several of our brands (Ann Taylor, Haven Well Within, LOFT, Talbots) and Corporate Shared Services to kick-start their career in retail. This immersive experience offers interns the opportunity to work hands-on with their department for 10-weeks and receive professional development opportunities including executive chats, professional workshops, store visits, etc., and participation in a collaborative team project.

The pay rate for the position is $20.00/hr.

This internship position will be based out of our Ann Taylor & LOFT office location in New York, NY.  

KnitWell Group does not offer housing near any of our corporate office locations. Participating students must have the ability to independently secure and finance housing in a commutable distance of the office location.
