Each of KnitWell Group’s brands has a dedicated Design team. Designers are involved in top-to-bottom development of products—across all categories—for each brand’s seasonal collections. These teams deeply understand customer needs and thrive on innovation in fast-paced, creative-rich environments. For each collection, they focus on market research to identify emerging trends, fabrics, and techniques that will inform the concepts and new product ideas they present to brand leaders.

The Design teams collaborate closely with the Merchandising teams to analyze sales performance for each product category and incorporate those insights into their strategies. After developing a strong vision for each collection, they execute all aspects of designing the product line in each of our categories.

Types of roles in Design

Apparel Design

Conceptualize designs for must-have products that appeal to our diverse customers. 

 

Non-Apparel Design 

Combine market research and merchandise expertise with a passion for designing accessories.

CAD Artist

Use your knowledge of print and textile design to produce seasonally inspired artwork that maintains the brand's aesthetic. 

Fabric R&D

Provide insights on new fabrics and techniques that impacts the design of future products.
