What are the dates of the internship program?

Our summer internship program runs from early June to early August. The exact program dates will be noted on each internship posting, so please check the internship postings to stay informed. 

Who is eligible to apply?

Internships are open to rising juniors and seniors in college pursuing a Bachelor's degree.

When can I apply for an internship?

Postings for our internships go live in January. We recommend applying as soon as you see an opportunity that aligns with your skills and interests.

How long is the program?

10-weeks.

Are your internships paid?

Yes! Pay information is included on each internship posting.

Ann Taylor and LOFT offer internships at their Home Office in New York.

Lane Bryant offers internships at their Home Office in New Albany, OH.

Talbots offers internships at their Home Office in Hingham, MA, and at their Design Studio in New York City, NY.

KnitWell Group offers internships at our Distribution Centers located in Etna & Pataskala, OH.

Do I have to relocate?

Our internships are a hybrid model, blending both remote learning opportunities and in-person activities. A requirement of the program is interns live a commutable distance to the office location where the internship is based. For successful applicants, our recruiters will share resources for securing housing for the summer.

Can an internship lead to a full-time position?

Yes! Many students with diverse backgrounds and interests have been offered full-time roles after completing the program.
