POSITION OBJECTIVE:

This position is responsible for leading all functions of the marketing team to deliver brand campaigns on message, on time and within budget parameters. The position orchestrates multiple seasonal campaigns, aligning all marketing and cross-functional business partners. This position builds strong relationships across all levels, effectively communicating with multiple work styles. Responsible for managing the Marketing ‘Go to Market’ process that is built to support total company PLC process. Ensures all Marketing GTM milestones are maximized for efficiency with agendas, recaps and follow up on action items.

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Proactive management of the marketing milestone calendar, partnering with marketing leadership team, key stakeholders’ executive administrative assistants and cross-functional operations teams.
  • Communicates priorities to Marketing and Creative Leadership to meet all milestone deliveries of multiple campaigns in development.
  • Recaps all meetings owned by Project Manager with clear ownership and action items.
  • Reviews strategy briefs upon submission to ensure teams have necessary information to deliver tactical job orders.
  • Owns agendas for all creative review touchpoints, recaps with action items and follow up.
  • Publishes weekly status report and escalates issues and risks to business leaders as needed, tracking all active projects over multiple seasons and initiatives.
  • Responsible for overseeing the project intake process from brief submission through creative release
  • Continuously identifies process enhancement opportunities and areas of opportunity to cultivate an environment of collaboration within the team.
  • Develops and maintains workflow processes and procedures within Wrike workflow platform to simplify activity and increase platform engagement.
  • Key business partners include Marketing Strategy, Visual, Creative, Content, Print, Email production teams, and Photo Producers.
  • Values individuality and the diverse talents of their team. Leads the team by communicating expectations, providing guidance, delivering feedback, and empowering the team to be their best.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree required: preferably in a related field
  • 5+ years project management experience; preferably in a retail environment managing cross-functional team projects
  • Detailed knowledge of traditional and digital workflows within a marketing or production company environment
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to lead cross functional meetings and drive results
  • Strong problem-solver and quick thinker; shows respect and diplomacy under pressure
  • Excellent organizational, time management and leadership skills
  • Strong computer proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google suite of tools)
  • Experience in project management tools i.e. (Smartsheet) a plus
  • Acute attention to detail and deadlines
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
