About the role
As a Support Associate, your role places you both in the back of the houseandonthe sales floor. You manage inventory processes that keep thecustomerexperience runningsmoothly—processingshipments, moving products from the stockroom, and ensuring everything is where it needs to be.You'reproactive, pay close attention to detail, and keep the team informed about inventory needs. You also uphold brand standards and contribute to a positiveteamculture.

In this role,you'llhave the opportunity to:

Manage inventory processes: properly intake, store, and ticket merchandise for smooth replenishment on the sales floor.

Ensure the stockroom isneatly organizedand easy to navigate.

Ensure new products are merchandised and represented on the sales floorin a timely manner.

Effectively execute product restocking and price changes.

Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.

Assiststore leaders with executing visual directives, including updatingfloorsets, window changes, visual presentations, and signage placements.

Deliver a customer-focusedexperience that reflects ourculture of hospitality.

Contribute to a positive work environment by embracing teamwork and collaboration.
