Using your retail leadership skills, you will implement strategies to create a relationship-based hospitality inspired customer experience in our stores, strive to achieve financial goals, develop Store Managers as leaders, and serve as the go-to resource for your district’s plans and priorities.

Talent Leadership

- Attracts, acquires, develops, and retains extraordinary Store leaders across multiple stores.
- Motivates, coaches, and develops Store Managers into exceptional retail leaders.
- Uses collaboration and communication skills to problem solve, adapt, and lead Store Managers to meet the needs of customers and the business.
- Creates internal succession plans through ongoing development of top talent.
- Acts on behalf of the company with a high degree of integrity and fairness, demonstrating care for all associates.
- Demonstrates transparency in communication; fosters open dialogue in a courageous and respectful way to drive strategy and results.
- Utilizes continuous coaching to maximize abilities of all associates; encourages growth; rewards and recognizes achievement to drive retention and engagement.

Customer Engagement Leadership
- Leads by example and sets the standard for hospitality-based store environment and customer experience.
- Sets clear objectives, holds self and associates accountable, and builds a team that consistently demonstrates hospitality to our customers.
- Supports and leads company sponsored events, philanthropy, or other initiatives.
- Educates associates on marketing initiatives, lifestyle concepts, product knowledge, and omni experience.
- Resolves any customer concerns quickly and effectively (consistent with company policies and practices) and empowers team to do the same.
- Using brand guides, leads merchandising activities to maintain a clean, neat, organized, and well-presented stores.
Business Strategy Leadership
- Creates and implements district-level strategies to achieve performance goals, strengthen Store Managers as leaders, and serve as the go-to resource for district’s plans and priorities.
- Drives each store’s profitability by creating action plans that optimize business results.
- Leads, directs, and drives execution of tasks with a high level of productivity through successful planning, delegation, and communication.
- Confirms schedules are written to support customer experience, business peaks, associate availability, and operational tasks.
- Ensures compliance within operational guidelines, health and safety protocols, Asset Protection policies and practices, other company policies and procedures, and applicable laws at all times.
- Analyzes reporting, identifying opportunities, and proactively creates strategies to meet business needs and elevate the customer experience.
- Maintains appropriate staffing, ensuring pay rates align with skill sets.
- Manages controllable expenses including, but not limited to payroll, supplies, facilities requests, etc.
Requirements:
- 5 – 7+ years of specialty retail experience
- Experience in a multi-unit environment leading remotely managing multiple stores
- Strong business acumen with understanding of retail industry operations and processes
- Strong interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills
- High school diploma required, college degree preferred
- Ability to travel to multiple store locations as necessary
