About the role

As an AssistantManager,you willassistthe Store Manager in leadingtheteam,buildingcommunity connections, and creating a seamless customer experience. This position helps foster a welcoming environment—for both associates and customers—that enables us to create memorable, personalized experiences that reflect our culture of hospitality.

Build, lead, and develop ateam to delivera customer-centeredexperience.

Take ownershiptoachievethe financial goals of the store andmotivatethe team.

Assistin the hiring, development, and coaching ofassociates.

Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge andutilizingan omni-channel approach.

Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.

Take ownershipto ensuresafe and efficient store operations including inventorymanagement, dailyreplenishmentof floor merchandise, and execution of inventories.

Ensure compliance with all policies, guidelines, and business practices.

Build community connections through in-store company-sponsored events, philanthropy, and other initiatives.

You'llbring to the role

Passion for our brand, fashion, and empowering confidence.

Mustbe at least 18 years old.

3 years of retail management experiencepreferred.

Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Ateamplayer mindset witha high levelof ownership and initiative.

Abilityto develop strong customer and peer relationships.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Abilityto bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom,operatetheregister, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
