As an AssistantManager,you willassistthe Store Manager in leadingtheteam, fostering community connections, and creating a seamless customer experience. • Take ownershipto ensuresafe and efficient store operations including inventorymanagement, dailyreplenishmentof floor merchandise, and execution of inventories.

• Ensure compliance with all policies, guidelines, and business practices.

• Build community connections through in-store company-sponsored events, philanthropy, and other initiatives.

You'llbring to the role

• Passion for our brand, fashion, and empowering confidence

• 3 years of retail management experience

• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Must be 18 years or older

• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock room, office, and carry 50 lbs.
