About the role
AsLeadCustomer Specialist, your focus is on delivering a welcoming, customer-centeredenvironment thatreflectsChico's culture of hospitality. This roleoperatesas the Manager on Duty (MOD) in the absence of another manager, leadingtheteam and elevatingthe customerexperience.

Ensure compliance with all policies, guidelines, and business practices.

Contribute to a positive work environment by embracing teamwork and collaboration.

Build connections with the local community through events, outreach, and initiatives that expand Chico's presence.

You'llbring to the role

Minimum1+ year prior retail experience preferred

High school diploma or equivalent

Flexible availability - including nights, weekends, holidays

Demonstrates an ownership mindset and leads by example

Effective leadership, people management, and communication skills

Collaborative leadership style that investsin the process of developingtalent
