AsLeadCustomer Specialist, your focus is on delivering a welcoming, customer-centeredenvironment thatreflectsChico's culture of hospitality. This roleoperatesas the Manager on Duty (MOD) in the absence of another manager, leadingtheteam and elevatingthe customerexperience.

You'llbring to the role

• Minimum1+ year prior retail experience preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Flexible availability - including nights, weekends, holidays

• Demonstrates an ownership mindset and leads by example

• Effective leadership, people management, and communication skills

• Collaborative leadership style that investsin the process of developingtalent
