About the role

As a Sales Associate, you'll be the welcoming face of a customer-first environment that reflects our culture of hospitality. You'll be part of a team fostering genuine customer connections, sharing product knowledge, and providing personalized service.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to: 

• Deliver a customer-first experience that reflects our culture of hospitality. 

• Initiate authentic conversations with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized service. 

• Create a seamless omnichannel experience by utilizing available tools. 

• Educate customers about the benefits of brand loyalty programs. 

• Contribute to overall store performance by staying accountable to personal goals. 

• Assist store leaders with merchandising, inventory replenishment, and store organization. 

• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards. 

• Contribute to a positive work environment by embracing teamwork and collaboration. 

You'll bring to the role

• Passion for our brand, fashion, and empowering confidence 

• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays 

• Team player mindset with an ability to take initiative 

• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools 

• Strong interpersonal and communications skills 

• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock room, office, and carry 50 lbs. 

• For the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA, must be 16 years of age or older. 

• For all other states, must be 18 years of age or older.
