As an AssistantManager,you willassistthe Store Manager in leadingtheteam,buildingcommunity connections, and creating a seamless customer experience. • Ensure compliance with all policies, guidelines, and business practices.

• Build community connections through in-store company-sponsored events, philanthropy, and other initiatives.

You'llbring to the role

• Passion for our brand, fashion, and empowering confidence.

• Mustbe at least 18 years old.

• 3 years of retail management experiencepreferred.

• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Ateamplayer mindset witha high levelof ownership and initiative.

• Abilityto develop strong customer and peer relationships.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Abilityto bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom,operatetheregister, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
