About the role
AsaSales Lead, you partner closely with store leaders to supervise theteam,leadby example, and step in to support leadership responsibilities wherever needed. You play a pivotal role in upholding brand standards and helping shape a positiveteamculture. You will set the tone for achieving team goals by providing clear direction and support. As a role model for the team, youdemonstrateawelcoming, customer-centeredenvironment that goes beyond the transaction tocreate memorable, personalized experiences that reflect our culture of hospitality.

In this role,you'llhave the opportunity to:

• Assistthe store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.

• Actively share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.

• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge andutilizingan omni-channel approach.

• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.

• Executeoperations activities, including cash handling,scheduling,inventorymanagement, and merchandisereplenishment.

• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.

• Support associate development, provide coaching feedback, andassistwith scheduling, when needed.

• Share ideas and insights with thestoreleadership team.

• Contribute to a positive work environment by embracing teamwork with peers and leaders. 

Whatyou’llbring to the role

• Passion for our brand, fashion, and empowering confidence.

• 2 years of retail management experiencepreferred.

• Mustbeat least18 yearsold.

• Abilityto develop strong customer and peer relationships.

• Ateamplayer mindset witha high levelof ownership and initiative.

• Flexible availability—including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Abilityto bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom,operatetheregister, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
