About the role
AsLeadCustomer Specialist, your focus is on delivering a welcoming, customer-centeredenvironment thatreflectsChico's culture of hospitality. This roleoperatesas the Manager on Duty in the absence of another manager, leadingtheteam and elevatingthe customerexperience.

• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.

• Actively share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.

• Ensure compliance with all policies, guidelines, and business practices.

• Contribute to a positive work environment by embracing teamwork and collaboration.

• Build connections with the local community through events, outreach, and initiatives that expand Chico's presence.

You'llbring to the role

• Passion for our brand, fashion, and empowering confidence.

• Mustbe at least 18 years old.

• 1+ yearretail experience preferred.

• Flexible availability—including nights, weekends, holidays.

• Demonstrates an ownership mindset and leads by example.

• Effective leadership, people management, and communication skills.

• Collaborative leadership style that investsin the process of developingtalent.

• Abilityto bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom,operatethe register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
