About the role
As Market Manager, you will own the day-to-day operations and strategic leadership of multiple stores. This role collaborates with key partners to support daily operating processes and achieve store goals. This position fosters a welcoming environment—for both associates and customers—that enables us to create memorable, personalized experiences that reflect our culture of hospitality.

  • Build, lead, and develop retail teams to deliveracustomer-centeredexperience.

  • Definea clear visionand strategy to drive operational excellence and deliver business results.

  • Take ownership of thestore’sfinancial performance; manage payroll,schedules,andachieve sales goals.

  • Use store reporting to proactively create action plans to improve metrics and run the business effectively.

  • Lead teams by communicating expectations, providing guidance, delivering feedback, and empowering the team to be their best.

  • Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.

  • Share insights related to customer and associate experience with the District Manager.

  • Communicate observations of market trends todistrict, regional, andbrand leadership teams.

  • Ensure compliance with all policies, guidelines, and business practices.

  • Build community connections through in-store company-sponsored events, philanthropy, and other initiatives.

Whatyou'llbring to the role

  • Passionfor our brand, fashion, and empowering confidence

  • Mustbeat least 18 years old.

  • 5+ years of retail management experiencerequired; 2 of those years in a Store Manager position preferred.

  • Flexible availabilityincluding nights, weekends, holidays.

  • Demonstrates an ownership mindset and leads by example.

  • Effectivepeoplemanagementand communication skills.

  • Collaborative leadership style that investsin the process of developingtalent.

  • Strong business acumen andtheability to drive results through reporting analysisand strategic planning.

  • Action-orientedapproachto organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to stay on top of deadlines.

  • Abilityto bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom,operatetheregister, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
