As Market Manager, you will own the day-to-day operations and strategic leadership of multiple stores. This role collaborates with key partners to support daily operating processes and achieve store goals. Whatyou'llbring to the role

• Passionfor our brand, fashion, and empowering confidence

• Mustbeat least 18 years old.

• 5+ years of retail management experiencerequired; 2 of those years in a Store Manager position preferred.

• Flexible availability—including nights, weekends, holidays.

• Demonstrates an ownership mindset and leads by example.

• Effectivepeoplemanagementand communication skills.

• Collaborative leadership style that investsin the process of developingtalent.

• Strong business acumen andtheability to drive results through reporting analysisand strategic planning.

• Abilityto bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom,operatetheregister, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
