About the role

As Market Manager, you will own the day-to-day operations and strategic leadership of multiple stores. This role collaborates with key partners to support daily operating processes and achieve store goals. This position fosters a welcoming environment—for both associates and customers—that enables us to create memorable, personalized experiences that reflect our culture of hospitality.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to: 

• Build, lead, and develop retail teams to deliver a customer-centered experience. 

• Define a clear vision and strategy to drive operational excellence and deliver business results. 

• Use store reporting to proactively create action plans to improve metrics and run the business effectively. 

• Lead teams by communicating expectations, providing guidance, delivering feedback, and empowering the team to be their best. 

• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards. 

• Share insights related to customer and associate experience with the District Manager. 

• Communicate observations of market trends to district, regional, and brand leadership teams. 

• Ensure compliance with all policies, guidelines, and business practices. 

• Build community connections through in-store company-sponsored events, philanthropy, and other initiatives. 

What you'll bring to the role

• 5+ years of retail management experience required; 2 of those years in a Store Manager position 

• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, holidays 

• Demonstrates an ownership mindset and leads by example 

• Effective leadership, people management, and communication skills 

• Collaborative leadership style that invests in the process of developing talent 

• Strong business acumen and an ability to drive results through reporting analysis and strategic planning 

• Action-oriented approach to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to stay on top of deadlines 

• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock room, office, and carry 50 lbs.
